Order Cancellation

1. Cancel Before Shipment

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Contact us via WhatsApp: +86 135 4329 7559 or through your account as early as possible.
• If you have already paid, the payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days of the cancellation being confirmed.

2. Custom and Bulk Orders

• Customized items (e.g. silk-printed parts) and large pre-production bulk orders may already enter production immediately after confirmation. Such orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
• If in doubt, ask our sales team to confirm the production status before you request cancellation.

3. Orders Already Shipped

Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the parcel or request a return under our Return & Refund Policy; original shipping costs and any return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

4. Cancellations by Us

We may cancel an order (with full refund of any payment) if the item is out of stock, the address is undeliverable, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud. We will notify you promptly in such cases.
