We accept Bank Transfer (Wire / T/T) via WorldFirst for wholesale orders. WorldFirst is a leading international payment provider, allowing you to pay us securely in your local currency at competitive rates.
How It Works
- Place your order / send an inquiry — confirm the products, quantities and total amount with our sales team.
- Receive your Proforma Invoice (PI) — after order confirmation, we will email you a PI which includes our official WorldFirst receiving account details (beneficiary name, account number, bank name, SWIFT/BIC and reference number).
- Make the payment — pay via your company's online banking or at your bank counter, using the account details on the PI. Please put your PI number or order number in the payment reference field. Alternatively, we can also send you a WorldFirst email payment request — you can pay online conveniently via the link in the email.
- Send us the bank slip — email or WhatsApp us the payment receipt so we can track your remittance.
- Payment confirmed — funds typically arrive within 1–3 business days (holidays excluded). Once funds arrive, we will notify you and arrange shipment within 7 days.
Important Notes
- Use only the account details on your PI. Our receiving account may be updated from time to time; never pay using details from an old PI, an email attachment from an unknown address, or information received via chat only. When in doubt, contact us by phone or WhatsApp to verify.
- All bank charges (including intermediary bank fees) are borne by the payer (OUR). Please select the "OUR" charge option so that we receive the full invoice amount.
- Deposit terms are available for qualified long-term partners. Please discuss with your sales contact.
- Payments must be made from the buyer's own company bank account where possible, to speed up compliance checks.
