Ompro is a wholesale supplier of mobile phone repair parts and accessories (including screens, flex cables, housings, repair tools and related accessories) serving repair shops, resellers and business buyers worldwide. Our website is a business-to-business (B2B) platform; consumer statutory protections that apply to retail purchases may not apply.
You may need to register an account to place orders. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the business you represent.
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without notice.
An order submitted on the website is an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we accept your order and payment is confirmed.
In the event of a pricing or specification error, we may contact you to confirm or cancel the affected order with a full refund of any payment made.
We accept Bank Transfer (T/T) via WorldFirst. Account details are provided on your Proforma Invoice (PI) — see our Payment page. Payment must be received in full before an order is shipped. You confirm that you are authorized to make the payment.
We ship worldwide via international express or freight forwarders. Delivery times shown on the website or provided by our sales team are estimates only.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the carrier at our warehouse, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Please inspect the package upon arrival and report any shortage, wrong item or visible damage within 7 days of delivery (see our Return & Refund Policy).
Our products are repair parts intended for installation by professional technicians. Quality grades and compatibility are described on each product page. Improper installation, disassembly or unauthorized modification may damage the product and void applicable warranty coverage.
Our Return & Refund Policy and after-sales terms, available on this website, are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All content on this website (text, images, logos, layout and product data) is owned by Ompro or its licensors and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Except as expressly stated in our after-sales terms, the website and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably; failing that, disputes shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction where the seller is registered.
